About Us
The Association of Arrears Mediators is a group formed in 2009 by professional Arrears Mediation organisations that act on behalf of the lending industry to collect information and attempt to find solutions with borrowers in arrears.
We impose strict criteria for entry to membership and also ensure that our members operate to the highest level of quality standards at all times. We are working closely with our members to ensure a set of common standards for the sector and all field agents operating therein. We know just how important it is that contact with the consumer is carried out by experienced, qualified personnel.
