The Association of Arrears Mediators

The Association of Arrears Mediators is comprised of professional arrears mediation service providers who, acting on instructions from lenders, provide home-based mediation services to borrowers to resolve outstanding arrears problems. Our members represent 90% of the sector in terms of business carried out.

Each participating organisation adheres to their Code of Conduct, which ensures the provision of a satisfactory level of service delivery to represented lending institutions and compliance with Treating Customers Fairly legislation.

Association participants provide a level of transparency and visibility in Arrears Mediation Services undertaken on behalf of the financial services industry in the UK.
